SEHAP Perlis

SEHAP Perlis was officially formed during Perlis State Executive Council meeting on 16 August 2023.

  1. Pioneer project to clean back alleys in Taman Kemajuan in Kangar. It is followed with infectious disease surveillance.
  2. Manage collaboration efforts with the relevant agencies to maintain abandoned land areas which owners cannot be traced.
  3. Handed over the operations to handle bulk waste to SWCorpy.
  4. Together with UiTM and UNIMAP, conducted a specialised study on the non-compliance of drinking water quality standards, specifically in the Timah Tasoh Dam catchment area.
  5. Initiate medium term mitigation plans for Timah Tasoh Water Treatment Plant (SAP)
  6. Prepare a working paper for additional allocation for the fluoridation program.
NEHAP MALAYSIA ACADEMY
E-LEARNING: First Responders Modules in Disaster Management
Led by the critical need for competent disaster responders, NEHAP Malaysia created this voluntary competency module for front liners, volunteers, and Civil Defence personnel. The course covers the four phases of disaster management: mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery.
