The briefing was held on 14 March 2016 at Bangunan Tabung Haji, Perak Health Department. The purpose of this briefing is to obtain the consent of the state to implement the State Environmental Health Action Plan (SEHAP) in the state of Perak.

Further, all relevant agencies and experts have agreed to carry out SEHAP and the Steering Committee Meeting will be chaired by the Executive Council (EXCO) of Perak.
