September is here again!!

It’s the time of year that we at NEHAP is excited to hold our annual conference. This year, book a date with us on Wednesday 22 September 2021. We’ll be holding our 7th NEHAP Conference titled “COVID-19: Environmental Health Preparedness and Response”.

We’ll be focusing on the pandemic COVID-19 and what aspects of the Environmental Health is involved. Probably most of it. We in Malaysia is also hard hit by this pandemic as others all over the world. It’s going to be two years now by December 2021 that we’re living in this new normal, wearing masks, physical distancing ourselves and practicing hand hygiene just to keep safe from the minute virus.

Indoor air quality (IAQ) with good ventilation is very much an important factor as the three basics factors mentioned above. Over time, the health authority has recognized that this disease could be spread by air over short distance. Thus, IAQ and good ventilation now is considered a preventive measure in ensuring the virus could be kept at bay.

Due to the above facts, we’ll be holding our Annual Conference via video conferencing from 8.30am to 1.00pm Malaysian time. Do come and join us please.
